The Green Bank’s mission is to confront climate change by increasing and accelerating investment into Connecticut’s green economy to create more resilient, healthier, and equitable communities. Join Bill to learn more about home solutions and energy-related improvement projects. He has worked for the Green Bank (or its predecessors) since 2009.
Bill holds a number of certificates and course achievements, including International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA) Accredited Installer, Solar Energy International PV Design (certificate), Solar Thermal Workshop(s), Daylighting Seminar, Energy Efficiency Seminar(s), OSHA 1910.120. 40 Hour Hazmat-Hazwoper Certified, Introduction to ArcView GIS, North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) Certified, and Certified Radon Measurement Specialist.
Bill earned his MABA in psychology/elementary education from Merrimack College and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from Long Island University.
