Cheese Talk & Tasting In-Person
What's the difference between Parmigiano Reggiano and a regular old parmesan? Where does cheddar come from? And why is the rind of a camembert so fuzzy? Join SWPL staff member Rachael as we learn about different styles of cheeses, some of their history, and how to taste and pair them. More details will be announced prior to the event date.
