Indian cuisine reflects an 8,000 year history of various groups and cultures, leading to diversity of flavours and regional cuisines found in modern-day India. SWPL is pleased to be able to offer a series of introductory cooking lessons / demonstrations / tastings with rotating local guest instructors. More details will be announced prior to workshop date.
